After many years of experience with various corporate companies, when we were mature enough to establish a company, we knew we wanted it to be a dream come true. We wanted our Employees and Clients to have confidence that our cooperation is worth it. We did not wish to create another logistics company just to provide services to Clients. We are a partner to companies that we really support in developing their business thanks to the fact that instead of just maintaining the Customer – supplier relation, we assume the role of an external partner who perceives the supply chain as:
- an opportunity to increase Customer satisfaction,
- a unique, positive contact with the brand and product,
- a carrier of emotions – in the area of departing from traditional sales channels towards e-commerce – you can still create emotions which accompany the first physical contact with a brand, product,
- another – physical, tangible channel of communication with the Client,
- an opportunity to influence Customer’s shopping habits.
