Paweł Bednarz (1982)
Responsible for operations, IT development and implementation. For years, he is dealing in logistics and process improvement. Experience – starts innocently from temporary work right after graduation near to the place of living – from the position of a warehouse worker, as he is ambitious and hard-working by nature, he quickly moved from the warehouse worker to shift manager in big project in international DHL corporation. Then he wanted something more, to look at things from the perspective of managing the entire warehouse and direct contact with the customer … and so he built his knowledge and competences through a series of positions related to the improvement of warehouse work, customer service, project implementation to run his own company that provides logistics services + . 😊 He worked for logistics giants like; DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, ID Logistics. Privately – husband and father of two children, a DIY enthusiast, he is interested in sports, development of new technologies and programming.
Przemysław Zborowski (1983)
Responsible for customer support and contact with suppliers. He started first work in young age as warehouse employee. Later he was worked as a quality controller in Volkswagen company. When he graduated Logistics and get professional experience, he worked for the Scandinavian logistics operator PostNord. He always looking for something more and now he is running his own business. Privately he likes good cinema and he is interested in sports.
Marta Małecka (1983)
Responsible for the strategy and business development of the company. For years she has been involved in the development of people and organizations. She creates start-ups and deals with restructuring. She works in accordance with Lean Management philosophy, always becoming acquainted with the realities of a company, from a regular employee to the management perspective. She has a passion for creating new solutions for Clients – having in mind their current and future business goals. She graduated as Master Engineer in Organometallic Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology. During the last 10 years, she was involved in the logistics industry at management level. She managed a DB Schenker sales team and she established and managed the Polish branch of the largest Scandinavian logistics operator – PostNord. A passionate entrepreneur, she is also the holder of a Polish premium brand – Li Parie Lingerie. Privately – she has a passion for travelling and personal development. She can’t stop motivating herself and other people to change. She respects the law except for speed limits on the highway.
