As an assumption, orders do not require any service as our IT department ensures integration with your IT system. You do not use any system but CSV files? Based on them we will also prepare parcels.
A dedicated account manager will keep an eye on all your orders to be processed at the appropriate time.
Of course, we know that apart from the automatic data exchange, every day there are situations which require the attention of our customer service specialists. That is why when working with us, each Client has a dedicated account manager who perfectly knows and understands the specific character of particular projects.
