Responsible for operations, IT development and implementation. Has been working in logistics and process improvement for many years. Experience – started innocently enough with a temporary job as a warehouse worker right after graduating from university, but being ambitious and hardworking by nature, he quickly moved up the warehouse hierarchy from warehouse worker to shift manager on a large project in an international DHL company.
He still longed for something more, to see things from the perspective of managing the whole warehouse and direct contact with customers… and so he built his knowledge and skills through a series of positions related to warehouse improvement, customer service, project implementation up to running his own company providing logistics + services 😊 He has worked for such logistics giants as; DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, ID Logistics. Privately – husband and father of two children, DIY enthusiast, passionate about DIY, interested in sports, developing new technologies and programming.

Responsible for contacts with clients and suppliers. He has been working in logistics for many years. I started my first job at the age of 18 as a warehouse worker and later as a quality control employee for the Volkswagen Group in Germany. After a few years of working, studying logistics and gaining work experience, I took a job as Customer Service Manager at the Swedish logistics company PostNord, where I was responsible for development and customer contact. The desire for continuous development and the search for what I really want to do in life has led me to run my own business. Privately – I like good movies and I am interested in sports.

Responsible for the company’s strategy and business development. For many years she has been involved in the development of people and organizations. Creates start-ups and deals with restructuring. Works according to the philosophy of lean management, always entering the realities of the company from the level of a serial employee to the perspective of the board of directors. He is passionate about creating new solutions for clients – taking into account their current and future business goals. By education – Master’s degree in Organometallic Chemistry, graduated from Warsaw University of Technology. For the last 10 years she has been working in the logistics industry in high management positions. She headed the sales team of DB Schenker and established and managed the Polish branch of the largest Scandinavian logistics company – PostNord. Passionate – an entrepreneur, she also runs a Polish premium lingerie brand – Li Parie Lingerie. Personal – passionate about travel and personal development. She can’t stop motivating herself and others to change. Respects the law, except the speed limit on the highway. Since 2022 dedicated part of her life to charity – running Be a Hero foundation.
